🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Many of our refrigeration products are manufactured or configured specifically for each customer's requirements. Therefore, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
