Looking for a cool room or freezer room for your Sydney business? Our DIY flat-pack kits give you flexible options for creating temperature-controlled storage, with a choice of sizes, refrigeration systems and custom configurations.

We are a New Zealand company supplying customers throughout New Zealand and Australia. Whether you need a compact room for limited space or a larger cold storage solution, we can help you select a package that suits your requirements.

We supply complete cool room packages, separate insulated panels and refrigeration units, with both monoblock and split-system options available.

Easy-to-Assemble Flat-Pack Design

Our cool rooms are supplied as flat-pack kits, making transportation and on-site assembly more manageable. Each room uses 100mm polyurethane insulated panels with a cam-lock connection system, designed for straightforward assembly by people with basic DIY skills.

The DIY design allows you to assemble the room enclosure yourself. Electrical wiring, split-system connections and any work involving refrigerant must be carried out by appropriately licensed tradespeople where required.

If you would prefer professional assistance, we can help you find a technician in your area to assist with installation. Installation arrangements and costs can be discussed when requesting your quote.

Complete Packages or Individual Components

Every project is different, so we offer several ways to order:

• Complete cool room packages with insulated panels, a door, flooring and refrigeration equipment.

• Monoblock refrigeration options for an integrated unit configuration.

• Split-system refrigeration options where a separate indoor and outdoor arrangement better suits the installation.

• Panels or refrigeration units supplied separately for customers who only need specific components.

All dimensions are external measurements, listed as length × width × height. Panels are 100mm thick, so the internal storage space will be smaller than the external dimensions.

What’s Included in a Standard Kit?

Our standard monoblock cool room package includes:

• 100mm polyurethane insulated panels

• Cam-lock panel connection system

• Non-slip aluminium floor

• Monoblock refrigeration unit

• Control panel and LED lighting

• Insulated cold room door

If you prefer a split-system package or only need panels or refrigeration equipment, we can prepare a separate quote to suit your project.

Chiller & Freezer Temperature Options

Choose the temperature configuration that suits your storage needs:

• Chiller rooms: 0°C to +4°C

• Freezer rooms: down to –18°C

To help select suitable refrigeration equipment, tell us what you will store, how much product you expect to load and how frequently the door will be opened. Installation conditions and product loading affect the cooling capacity required.

Single-Phase & Three-Phase Power Options

We offer refrigeration options for Australian sites with either single-phase or three-phase power.

Single-phase options are 230V / 50Hz. For three-phase units, we will confirm the equipment’s voltage rating and compatibility with your site supply before the order is finalised.

Please provide your available power supply when enquiring. If you are unsure, a licensed electrician can check your site and advise on connection requirements.

Shipping to Sydney & Across Australia

Our kits are supplied to order and are not available from local stock. They ship from China, with an estimated waiting time of around six weeks, subject to production schedules, shipping and customs clearance.

You can choose:

• Collection from the nearest available freight depot, or

• Delivery to your nominated address, subject to freight access and delivery arrangements.

Please provide your postcode when requesting a quote so we can confirm the available delivery options. Access for the delivery vehicle and suitable unloading arrangements should also be checked before dispatch.

These kits are best suited to planned projects and are not suitable for urgent orders. Contact us to confirm the current estimated lead time before making installation arrangements.

One-Year Warranty & Installation Assistance

Our cool room kits come with a one-year warranty, subject to the supplied warranty terms. This is in addition to any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We can also help you find a local technician if you need assistance with installation. Please discuss your installation needs with us when enquiring so these can be considered alongside the equipment and delivery arrangements.
