1. PU Insulated Sandwich Panels

Our DIY walk-in cooler kits use insulated polyurethane sandwich panels.

• 100 mm / approximately 4-inch insulation

• High-density polyurethane insulation

• Cam-lock connections

• Wall and ceiling panels supplied according to your room dimensions

The panels arrive ready to connect together, making the construction process much easier than building a refrigerated room from individual materials.

2. Easy Cam-Lock DIY Assembly

The insulated panels have built-in cam-lock connections.

Position the panels according to the supplied layout, connect them together and tighten the cam locks.

After the panels are locked together, seal the required joints.

This allows customers or their local contractors to assemble the main cold-room structure without complicated construction.

3. Non-Slip Aluminum Floor

The package can include an insulated cold-room floor with a durable non-slip aluminum surface.
